Director of Parent Support & Engagement
The Director of Parent Support & Engagement is the liaison between MAP and its student athletes' parents. What parents need to know, how to be involved and other engagement related to parents goes through the director.
Requirements: 3-5 years a experience. Must have experience of being a parent to a student athlete. A bachelor's degree preferred.

Director of Education & Training
The Director of Education and Training is oversees all trainings and educational aspects of MAP. The director certifies coaches & officials to participate with MAP as well as oversee MAP's new membership classes for student athletes.
Requirements: 3-5 years teaching experience. A master's degree in education or leadership. Specialist or Doctorate preferred.

Director of Human & Social Services
The Director of Human and Social Services manages all of MAP resources to help kids be their best on and off the court or field. The director also oversee programs such as Teens For Christ Daily Devotional.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience. A master's degree in human or social services.

Director of Health & Wellness
The Director of Health and Wellness oversees the physical and medical operations of MAP. The director help plans and manage MAP's clinics, trainings, camps, all-stars and other key events. The director also oversee the online gym.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience. A master's degree in physical health or sports medicine. Specialist or Doctorate preferred.

Director of the Administration
The Director of the Administration oversees human resources, finance, and all support services of MAP. The director serves as a guide and troubleshooter to all other directors as well as manage the administration.
Requirements: 3-5 years administration experience. A master's degree in business, finance or education. Specialist or Doctorate preferred.

Director of Business Services
The Director of Business Services oversees the business operations of MAP. This includes partnerships, contracts, etc. The director is also responsible for helping to plan and coordinate MAP events.

Office Assistant
The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the directors and coordinators with their daily duties of MAP. This include scheduling meetings, receiving and responding to email, typing letters, speaking with the general public and so forth.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience. At least a high school diploma. Basic understanding of Microsoft Apps & Google Apps.

Coordinator of Health & Wellness

Coordinator of Teens For Christ Program
The Coordinator of Teens For Christ organizes and host the Teens For Christ Daily Devotional. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating churches to sponsor a morning devotional. The coordinator also offer resources to student athletes including counseling, prayer and financial relief from financial hardships upon student athletes requests.
Requirements: 3-5 years ministry experience. A bachelor's degree in divinity or social work. Master's in divinity preferred.

Online Tutor
The Online Tutor provides help to student athletes in academic study. The tutor also may host online group study to help tutor multiple students at once. Tutoring is typically provided online at the request of a student athlete or at the recommendation of staff to ensure student athletes academic success.
Requirements: Academic success and general understanding of academic subject tutoring. High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's in Education or higher preferred.

The Director of Finance oversee the financial aspects including budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivables, ticketing, membership dues, classification fees, purchasing, and others financial aspects of managing revenue.

The online fitness trainer is one of our online gym coaches that creates workout content for our Online Gym that 7th-12th grade student athletes can watch and follow along with at home to stay physically in shape 24/7.
Requirements: 1-3 year of gym training experience. National Association of Players Certification required. High School Diploma or GED.

All officials must be National Association of Players Certified. If hired, officials must complete certification classes prior to interacting with MAP athletes. NAP will provide officials with their official NAP Officials Shirt.

The baseball all-star officials manage and officiate the Mississippi Baseball All-Star Game. This includes crew chief, home umpire, field umpires, and table officials.
Requirements: 3-5 years of officiating experience. Must provide own officiating equipment. National Association of Players Certification required.
