About the event
The Pine Belt Baseball Classics is a statewide event featuring multiple baseball teams coming together to compete in a weekend tournament. The tournament is free to the public. The games are held at the Vernon Dahmer Park in Hattiesburg, MS. The prize of the tournament is a $2,500 honorarium to the winning coach/team.
Rules of the tournament:
Must have at least 10 players per team.
All student athletes must be a registered member of Mississippi Association of Players prior to participating in the tournament.
Benefits of the tournament:
Each team is given a $250 honorarium.
