The MARONS Report
What is MARON?
Your Marons Report is the one of the most important assessments a student athlete may have. It tells a college or NIL sponsor who you are, how ready, how prepared & how equipped you are, and how valuable you may be for their organization.
Colleges and organizations need to know if they can trust athletes to do what's right, be responsible, maintain good character, determine whether a student is safe to stay on campus, will attend classes or even responsible enough to execute their NIL agreements.
Before student athletes can become an all-star or engage with other athletes in our programs, events, etc, they must have an Marons Report on file. Typically, all new members will have a Marons Report as it is required for all new student athletes.
Student athletes get their MARONS Score from running a Marons Report.
The MARONS Report is an assessment of a induvial student athlete. It's based on 7 critical categories: Marketability, Athleticism, Risks, Offers, NIL, Scholarships & The HAT Factor.
The biggest and most important part of the Marons Report is the HAT Factor, Honest And Trustworthy. It's important thats athletes are truthful and honest in order to produce an accurate assessment. If an athlete has misled or lied during any portion of the assessment, they may fail the entire assessment.
The MARONS REPORT & SCORE
The Summary- The first half of the Marons Report is the summary. The summary is a confidential overview of the entire assessment. This is what colleges and sponsors will read about the overall athlete.
The M Score- The M-Score is the second half of the report. It is a number form 1-70 that grades how well athletes perform both on the intake assessment, interview or other factors. The M-Score is listed on the student athlete's profile. An accurate M-Score is a report that has been completed within the last 30 days.
The Marons Report may produce recommendations for student athletes to follow after their assessment is complete to better the student athlete physically, mentally, medically, academically, or in other areas.
